Shortcut Keys Using Ctrl key:

  1. Ctrl + A – Select all contents of the worksheet.
  2. Ctrl + B – Bold highlighted selection.
  3. Ctrl + I – Italic highlighted selection.
  4. Ctrl + U – Underline highlighted selection.
  5. Ctrl + P – Displays the print dialog box to begin printing.
  6. Ctrl + Z – Undo last action.
  7. Ctrl + K – Insert link.
  8. Ctrl + 5 – Strikethrough highlighted selection.
  9. Ctrl + F3 – Open Excel Name Manager.
